FAQs

1What subjects / classes do you teach?
We have a Structured Program for English and Maths from Prep-Grade 10.
2My child wants to prepare for Scholarship exams. Do you have a program for that?
Yes, we prepare for Scholarship exams, Select Entry High School entrance exam, SEALP and NAPLAN as well. Some of our students got selected in Suzanne Cory High School, Werribee in the Select Entry High School exam.
3What happens in a free assessment?
The purpose of the free pre-assessment is to know the student and their academic abilities. Students do some tasks on a notebook and other tasks on a device (i-pad or tab etc).
4What if my child is behind or ahead of their school grade level?
Yes, this does happen. After the assessment, a suitable class is recommended based on your child's abilities.
5What does my child need to bring for pre-assessment?
Prep-Grade 3: Two sharpened pencils, an eraser, a dotted-third notebook, an i-pad or a tab Grade 4-Grade 10: Two pens or sharpened pencils, a notebook and a device (ipad or tab).
6Can my child take the pre-assessment online?
It depends on their age or maturity level. Yes, for grade 3 and above, our preference is that the assessment is done online via Microsoft Teams. This helps students to understand location of their homework files etc. For younger students (prep to grade 2), it is preferable to do the pre-assessment face-to-face.
7Do students get homework?
Yes, typically 2-4 days of homework is expected.
